Why we built iHart Real Estate Insider.

iHart Real Estate Insider started because people kept asking us the same kinds of questions:

How do I get into real estate? Can you help me understand this? Can I bounce an idea off you?

And we understood why.

When we started over 9 years ago, we knew very little about real estate investing or what it really meant to be landlords. We learned through trial and error, real experience, and plenty of paid training — some helpful, and a lot of it not.

Over time, we realized beginners did not just need more information. They needed a clearer doorway in.

That’s why we created iHart Real Estate Insider — to share what we’ve learned, make the basics easier to understand, and help beginners feel welcomed instead of intimidated.
